Changes to the advert.
Due to sickness in the house we was going to be shooting at we have adapted our idea of starting in the house to start out in public. This was to prevent the illness from spreading. This new idea fits n well with the advert. We have also changed running to skating as we have come to see that red bull is a good drink for skaters and is very popular with them. this is a way of reaching a larger target audience. We will start our advert in a skatepark as this is where skaters are often found and its a place they can recognise and relate too.

Managing people- Tom
The group managed our people well. Our actors where chosen properly and each was treated with respect and our cast was selected carefully in order to get the best standard we can. We took our time with each person to check and makes sure there role suits them in this production

Time management
Dividing tasks out between the pair of us took a while, there was a third group member that unfortunately left us with extra tasks to do. We managed to divide his tasks evenly between us. As for time spent of each of the tasks, we spent a decent amount of time on each task but still managing to get through them all at a speedy rate. We got the tasks done in time and even went back to go back to improve each one carefully. Little time was wasted during the planning stage.
Managing People -Tom
We got a lot of people involved in this production, and managing them all wasn't an easy task however we pulled it off. We had a variety of people doing different things in this plan for the production, we had directors, producers and even extras to plan and provide the production with.We had lots of people to organise to specific roles suited to them, we had advisors, costume designers and we had tons of extra's. We also had to put them in these roles carefully, we had a lot of people apply for multiple positions and we had to narrow them down to a small team for this stage of production.
